Mixing.DJ allows you to post only your own music, photos, pictures and productions.
By posting on our site, you agree with our Terms of Service:
You declare: you are the Copyright holder of the whole content what you have posted on our site. And you are allow us to publish your music on our website without any claims, you waive the royalty claim.
If you are not the copyright holder you have to take the form of a licence from the copyright owner for publishing their music which you may have to pay for them.
If you are uploading unauthorized work, and the real owner or the copyright holder is apply a “Notice and Takedown” request with clearly proving their ownership, we will remove your post from our database, we can not send refund of the order in this case.
Post changes – if needed
We can change the title of your mix/release to make it fits better to the page. (For example our scheme is: DJ Name – Mix Title – DD-MM-YYYY)
Quantity
You can only send one mix at a time by each order.
Billing
We are using a third-party service (https://szamlazz.hu) to make official invoices which meets the legal requirements. To make these invoices we have to provide your billing data to this third-party. You have to use real and valid informations when you provide your billing data to us, or we have to reject your order. If you are using your artist name only as the billing name, we will add your real name too to the invoices what you were using on your registration or on the paypal order.
